The promise

We want you to love your mystery. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — first by fixing it, and if that's not enough, with a full refund.

How it works

If you're not happy with your kit for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us. You choose how we make it right:

• We'll fix it, free.Spot a plot hole or something that doesn't fit your group? We'll regenerate the affected part (or the whole kit) at no charge.
• Or we'll refund you, in full.Prefer your money back instead? No interrogation — we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

What's covered

Any genuine dissatisfaction — quality, a plot or logic problem, or the kit simply not working for your group. You don't have to try a fix first; a refund is always an option within the window.

How to request it

Email support@madeformystery.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong (so we can fix it for the next host, too). Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

The fine print

• Because each kit is a personalized digital download, a refund ends your license to use that kit.
• We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of fraud or abuse — but our default is to say yes and make you whole.
